The operation, in line with the new industrial plan, aligns the business structure with industry best practices. Giuseppe Ciongoli, Executive Chairman, has also been appointed as CEO. Annalisa Franciosi, who resigned from her position as a delegated board member, will remain CFO.
Rome, 13/02/2025 – Intecs S.p.A., a high-tech engineering company, announces a new organizational structure and the streamlining of all its activities focused on the Aerospace, Defense, Rail, Transport, Smart Systems, and Fintech sectors, alongside a new governance structure. The Board of Directors of the Rome-based company has decided to initiate the process of reorganizing activities into three macro-divisions.
General Director Massimo Mannori, appointed last October, presented the plan. The operation, aligned with the strategic objectives of the 2025-2028 plan, allows for further simplification of Intecs’ operational structure and aligns the business framework with industry best practices. The Board also resolved that Executive Chairman Giuseppe Ciongoli will assume all CEO functions. Annalisa Franciosi, who submitted her resignation as delegated board member, will remain CFO.
“I am extremely pleased to have the trust of Intecs’ shareholders, a necessary condition to lead the company on a path of sustainable growth, through the development of new products, economic and financial consolidation, and an increase in the order portfolio,” said Giuseppe Ciongoli.
Massimo Mannori emphasized that “The company’s focus has always been and will remain high technology: today, with the new organisation, we want to evolve Intecs, transforming it from a service company into an engineering company increasingly focused on products, which will generate most of the revenue. We are absolutely confident that, thanks to the new organisational and governance structure, we will achieve strong business growth for our company.”
