Giuseppe Ciongoli, Executive Chairman & CEO of Intecs

Former President and CEO of Rolls Royce Italy & EMEA, coordinating all global activities of the Group with 5 locations.

Chairman of the Board of European Aerospace Microfusions and member of the SIMMEL-Chemring Group Council. Previously collaborated with major international groups in various senior leadership roles, particularly with Finmeccanica, Fincantieri Shipyards, Alenia Aerospace, Marconi Systems, and Oerlikon/Contraves Air Defence.

Developed extensive global experience leading key projects in the USA, Far East, Middle East, and Africa, and a deep understanding of government relations, having worked as an advisor for the defense industry at the government level and on US naval programs.

Expert in National Security with expertise in Defense Policies, Industrial Policy, Intelligence, and New Technologies.

Born in Naples, he holds a doctorate in international affairs and a specialization in BA. He is fluent in English, French, German, and Spanish.

He served as an officer in the Carabinieri; is a member of RUSI UK, Chatham House UK, ASPEN, AIAD, Foreign Affairs Club, Yachting Club Savoia RYCS. He is married with three daughters.

In 2014, he was awarded the prestigious Keynes-Sraffa Award (Best UK investor in Italy).

Remo Pertica, Member of the Intecs Board of Directors

Previously a member of the General Council of the Compagnia di San Paolo and Vice President of the Industrial Association of Genoa, he has had a distinguished career in the Italian industry. He is a member of the Association of Industries for Defense and Aerospace (AIAD) and CEO of the Ligurian Technological District. He also holds prestigious roles, such as Board Member of the Italian Institute of Technology and Board Member of the Carlo Felice Theatre of Genoa.

He was previously Deputy General Manager of Finmeccanica, now Leonardo, responsible for Defense and Security Electronics activities. After Finmeccanica acquired the defense activities of Marconi plc, he was confirmed as CEO of Marconi Selenia Spa and CEO of Marconi Italiana Spa. In October 2006, he was appointed Chairman and Board Member of Datamat Spa, a leading company in the design and implementation of Information & Communication Technology solutions, and later chaired Selex Galileo S.p.A., in addition to being Deputy General Manager of Finmeccanica S.p.A.

Born in Genoa and graduated in Electronic Engineering, he served as a reserve officer in the Italian Army.

Francesco Seritti, Member of the Intecs Board of Directors.

An entrepreneur, for almost 30 years he has been the reference partner and sole director of In.Par., a holding company for investments and real estate participations, through which he participates in companies operating in the real estate and tertiary sectors.

Since 1996, he has held various roles in the companies he is involved with, including CEO of Lineaperta, a leader in the provision of Telecare, Telemedicine, and Teleassistance services, and of Ge.Al. in the hospitality sector.

He has gained significant experience in Confindustria as a delegate to the National Council of Young Entrepreneurs, as a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confindustria L’Aquila, and as Vice President of Confindustria L’Aquila. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors of several Guarantee Consortia, including Confidi L’Aquila, Mediofidi, and Italconfidi Teramo.

He is a member of the Carispaq Foundation – Savings Bank of the Province of L’Aquila, and the OSA Foundation of L’Aquila, where he also served as a Board Member.

Born in Avezzano (AQ), he graduated in Law from the University La Sapienza of Rome.
