TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

1) Browsing Data The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The obsolescence check of stored data in relation to the purposes for which they were collected is carried out periodically.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Data subjects have the right to obtain from INTECS S.p.A., in the cases provided, access to their personal data, their rectification or deletion, restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to processing (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The exercise of the above rights is possible at any time by sending an email to privacy@intecs.it or by registered mail with return receipt to the address Via Giacomo Peroni 130 – 00131 – Rome, addressed to the Data Protection Officer, Dr. Luca Orati.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning them carried out through this website violates the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, as provided by Art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate legal action (Art. 79 of the Regulation).
