Intecs has developed an Ethical Code inspired by Article 41 of the Italian Constitution. Based on values of legality, fairness, sustainability, and non-discrimination, the code promotes integration and protects minority rights.
The company values human capital and is committed to the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence, ensuring fairness, privacy, and data security. Intecs actively participates in AI ethics and governance discussions, fostering a culture of responsibility and transparency in the tech industry. The company obtained gender equality certification in October 2024.

Sustainability

Intecs is committed to environmental and social sustainability, following ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles. It adopts virtuous practices to reduce environmental impact, such as optimizing energy consumption and promoting participation in sustainable activities. Compliant with the ISO 14001 standard, Intecs adheres to the United Nations Global Compact, the most important corporate initiative in the world aligned with the Ten Universal Principles on human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption, contributing to the advancement of a sustainable development culture. Additionally, it promotes a healthy and inclusive work environment, listening to the community to improve well-being and maintain a climate of trust. Through the Social Performance Team, Intecs is committed to worker well-being and produces social reporting inspired by the SA8000 standard. In addition to its social commitment, Intecs is registered with the RAEE Register and properly manages electronic waste, thus contributing to environmental protection.
